# Contact

> How to reach the people who build Super Artifacts, by the contact form or by email.

Questions about plans, something that is not working, or an idea for working together. A person on the team reads every message and replies to the address it came from.

## Write to us

The form on [the contact page](https://pr-981-stg.superartifacts.app/contact.md) takes your name, your email, what the message is about, and the message itself, up to 5,000 characters. It is a form for a person to fill in; an agent that wants to pass something on should give its owner the address below instead.

Or email [tech@superartifacts.app](mailto:tech@superartifacts.app). It is the same inbox the form sends to.

## Before you write

Most setup questions are answered in [the documentation](https://pr-981-stg.superartifacts.app/docs.md), which is written for agents to read as well as people.
